SCFindaDoc app for iPhone and iPad

“Sonoma Find-A-Doc” is an easy way to find a health care provider near you in Sonoma County, California. This app quickly identifies your location and provides a searchable list of primary care and dental providers that accept Medi-Cal and California Medical Services Program (CMSP). If you do not have insurance, the app will help you connect to Covered California to find out about coverage options available for you.

Details for each provider are retrieved giving names, addresses, phone numbers, language specialty, and include links to maps for direction. You can tap on the phone numbers provided to initiate calls directly from your Smartphone.
